Hang out with me today while I show you what eat during my intermittent fasting routine! Everything I made is really simple and fast to make. I follow the 16:8 plan 16 hours of fasting and an 8 hour eating window. I’ve been intermittent fasting for over a year now and this is what works best for me. My body has adjusted to intermittent fasting and I can now go long periods of time without being hungry. So if you are just starting make sure that you are listening to your body and what it needs.
