Losing weight is many of us ultimate goal. We used to try many things, sometimes even weight loss meals delivered subscription would be convenient. This is a magic drink which promotes weight loss. Along with spiced tea and regular exercise and diet you can lose lots of weight. This drink has so many health benefits in them, it helps in increasing digestion and removes excess fat and toxins from body.
Cumin seeds, coriander and fennel seeds helps in digestion. Cinnamon helps in removing excess fat.

Weight Loss Tea Recipe
This herbal spiced drink has abundant health benefits. It helps in reducing excess fat and along with exercise and proper healthy eating you can reduce lots of weight.
- Water – 2 cups
- Coriander Seeds / Kothamalli – ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam – ½ tsp
- Cinnamon Stick / Pattai a small piece
- Fennel Seeds / Sombu /Saunf – ½ tsp
- Take water and spices in a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 mins.
- Turn off the heat and let it sit for 2 mins.
- Strain and serve.
1)You can consume it early in the morning and at night before going to bed.
2)Along with this and little exercise and healthy eating you can lose weight considerably.
3)This is not at all bad for health. Since it is made using normal spices.
4)This promotes digestion.
1)You will need 1/2 tsp of coriander seeds, fennel sees, cumin seeds and cinnamon sticks
2)Take 2 cups of water in a sauce pan
3)Add in the spices
4)bring it to a boil
5)Simmer for 5 mins.
6)Turn off the heat and let it sit for 2 mins. Strain this using a sieve and enjoy hot.
