I followed Adele’s diet for a week!!
A couple of questions that I didn’t answer in the video :
1. How did I count my calories ?
– I used the app MyFitness Pal.
2. Does the calorie count include the juices?
– Yes.
3. Do the meals have to be made completely from sirtfoods?
– No. That wouldn’t even be possible considering the list of sirtfoods. The diet just encourages you to INCREASE these foods in your meals.
