Here’s a look at my 3 day experience trying the Sirt Food diet. I’m calling it flexible because I followed some of the rules of the diet, but did not use any recipes from the book. And for some reason I didn’t talk about those rules. So here we go. You should have the sirtfood juice three times a day on this first three days and it says you should be eating one meal a day up to 1,000 calories. I decided I didn’t want to be hungry all day, so I split the 1,000 calories into three meals.

I’ll go ahead and give you a heads up that I wasn’t able to continue after day 4 because I found out we were moving across the country and life became insane! Anyway, enjoy.
