What is the Sirtfood Diet? How to Follow the Sirtfood Diet? What Sirtfood Diet Meal Plan Looks Like?
Sirtfood diet is based on Sirtuins. A type of protein which protects the cells in our bodies from dying or becoming inflamed through illness.
It also influences the body’s ability to burn fat and boost metabolism, resulting in a seven pound weight loss a week while maintaining muscle.

How to make Sirtfood GreenJuice :
70g Salad Leaves (Rocket & Kale)
1/4 Tsp Garlic Puree
1/3 Tsp Mixed Herbs
3 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Green Apple
How to make Turmeric tea:
500 ml of Water Add Garlic Puree
1 tsp – Turmeric Powder
Optional : 1 tsp Honey & 1/2 Lemon Juice
How to Make oriental Salmon & Broccoli Tray Bake
Handful of broccoli
2 Salmons Fillet
Season with salt
1/2 red Onions
Add Lemon Juice
2 tsp Soy Sauce
Add cooked broccoli
1 more tsp Soy Sauce
1 more tsp Lemon Juice
How to make Chicken With Chilli Salsa
3 Chicken Breast
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Add the same to other side
Handful of Tomatoes
Mix with Lemon Juice
Add Salad Leaves

How to Follow the Sirtfood Diet?
Sirtfood Diet has two phases that last a total of three weeks.
The first phase lasts seven days and involves calorie restriction.
What can I eat in Phase One?
First three days – Calorie intake is restricted to 1,000 calories.
You drink three green juices per day plus one meal.
Days 4–7 – Calorie intake is increased to 1,500 calories.
You drink two green juices per day and two more Sirtfood-rich meals.
Lasts for two weeks. This is maintenance phase, you should continue to steadily lose weight.
No specific calorie limit for this phase.
Consistent exercise and good nutrition is the foundation to weight loss and fat loss. Feel motivated to see your fat loss goals be achieved.
