Turmeric tea recipe in the evening for more energy and clear skin

First, I was surprised by how incredibly relaxed I felt when I drank it. I love having it in the evening. It eases me into my bedtime routine in a luxurious way.

My evening glass of wine used to help me unwind. But I didn’t feel as productive the next day after my Pinot Noir nightcap. So, I decided to try something different.

When I switched to turmeric tea, I felt SO much better the next morning. I slept better the whole night and my skin even cleared up over the next couple of days!

This one simple change in my evening routine made me feel calm and centered. Plus, it gave me the bright, even complexion I’d wanted my whole life.

My soothed nerves made me feel so indulgently relaxed at night, and I was more energetic and clear-headed in the morning. Plus, my clear skin gave me even more confidence.

This is what happens the morning after drinking turmeric tea! Energy and clear skin!

I was sold!

Replace Wine & Coffee With Turmeric Weight Loss Tea

Replacing your evening wine with turmeric tea can also aid weight loss by helping you sleep better. Alcohol floods your body first as a stimulant, and then as a sedative. You get that fun buzz from it, then you get sleepy.

Did you know having alcohol in the evening can make it harder to fall asleep? It’s true! Alcohol can actually keep you awake, or wake you up later as your body tries to balance everything back out. It interferes with REM sleep, which means you wake up feeling unrested in the morning.

If you have a little too much, it can makes you pass out, then wake you up in the middle of the night. That throws your sleep schedule and your hormones off, which can lead to weight gain.

Have you ever felt like this at the end of a day?

As for coffee, one to two cups in the morning is fine. But too much caffeine throughout the day can keep you stimulated late into the evening or wake you up throughout the night. That will rob you of precious sleep too.

Getting enough quality sleep is essential for hormone regulation. Those hormones directly affect your hunger triggers, the way your body breaks down or stores calories, and how much water you retain.

That’s why replacing an afternoon coffee with a cup of turmeric tea is SO much smarter for feeling great. Plus turmeric tea has an exciting, spicy flavor, so it’s something to look forward to!
