Start your day with Green Tea, an empty stomach.

First Meal of the Day: Have homemade Rajgira (Amaranth) Porridge OR Delicious Bhagar Rice (Barnyard Millet) Recipe OR Sweet Potatoes Fries with Green Chutney.

You can take (optional) 1 Cup – Green Tea / Black Coffee / Milky Tea / Masala Tea with less sugar or no sugar. Use little Jaggery/Stevia instead of sugar if you like sweet. Note: Use Toned Milk / Cow milk / Almond milk / Oats milk.

After 2 hours after the first meal, have Soaked Almonds – 5 nos + Walnut – 1 no

The time between your First Meal and the Last Meals – Drink 1 glass thin buttermilk (low fat) or have Cucumber / Sweet Lime – 1 no.

Buttermilk Recipe –

Evening (optional) – Drink Green Tea / Milky Tea – 1 cup with less sugar or no sugar.

Last Meal of the day: You can have Rajgira (Amaranth) Paratha – 2 nos OR Bhagar Rice (Barnyard Millet) + Coconut Chutney + Low Fat Curd & Cucumber Salad.

At 9:00 pm – If you are feeling hungry, then drink 1 cup of turmeric milk.
Turmeric Milk / Golden Milk Recipe –

During eating hours, if you feel hungry, then have a pear or apple.
