In this article I’m going to talk about how you can get “easy” Keto diet recipes that come with full instructions on how to prepare and cook each delicious meal. When I first got started with Keto, I learned very quickly that just because something claims to be Keto does not mean that it really is.

There is a lot of misinformation out there!

We’ll be talking about an eight-week meal plan with the easiest, most fantastic recipes I have seen yet. It’s based on the experience and expertise of a certified nutritionist, a personal trainer, and a master chef who are all specialists in the keto Diet. For me, I think this is the best way to get easy recipes that will help you stay motivated and moving toward success.

When I first got interested in Keto, I had to fumble around with crazy recipes and didn’t really understand clearly what I needed to do. My hope is that I can point you in the right direction so that you don’t waste your time and money on trying to use recipes that are difficult, and many times don’t really work.

If you can start off with easy, delicious meals based on your own food preferences, you will enjoy Keto, stay on it, and lose weight quickly.

It’s important to have good Instructions on exactly what to do and how to customize your recipes when you’re missing something or craving something.

You really need a meal plan with lots of food variety. This ensures you’ll get a broad spectrum of nutrients, while also making sure Keto stays enjoyable for you.

And of course, crystal clear, step-by-step instructions are essential with every recipe. Especially if you have little or no cooking experience, preparing your meals needs to be easy.

At the end of this article I will show you how you can get a Custom Meal Plan, Risk-Free so you can Judge for Yourself whether or not it is something that will help you with Keto and save you some money, and it even comes with a custom downloadable grocery list created just for you.

This list actually details every Keto ingredient you’ll need in the first week.

It’s important to understand that Keto is not just a diet to shed a few pounds. It’s actually a different way to eat and it comes with a lot of benefits.

Thousands of people all over the world have already transformed their figure and their health with the benefits of a proper keto diet and we’re going to talk about why and how you can join them.

Speaking of benefits: just take a moment to think about how the following eight benefits would change your life, and then let’s talk about how easily you can do this.

Benefit #1: Get to, and maintain a healthy weight, without giving up the foods you love.

A study of 13 randomized controlled trials concluded that:

“Individuals assigned to a very low carbohydrate ketogenic diet achieve a greater weight loss than those assigned to a low-fat diet” [1]

Also, in randomized controlled trials the keto diet produced up to three times as much weight loss as a high-carb, low-fat diet did. [2-3]

In other words, if you want to get lean, and you are sick and tired of weight loss programs that don’t work, the keto diet may be exactly what you are looking for, and we’ll show you how to make it easy.

Benefit #2: Boost your brain function!

Most people on a keto diet experience an improvement in their brain function and mental clarity. [4-5]

Ketosis enhances mitochondrial functioning in your brain. [6] Researchers believe ketosis stimulates the formation of new mitochondria in your brain, especially in your hippocampus. [7] This aids your mental clarity, your memory, and it improves your energy levels too!

Benefit #3: Help manage, or even reverse diabetes

Many studies show minimizing carb intake benefits people with diabetes. In fact, the keto diet was the standard diabetes treatment before injectable insulin was discovered. [8-9]

Research published in Annals of Internal Medicine found that when type 2 diabetics went on a low-carb diet for two weeks, they improved insulin sensitivity by up to 75%. [10] (Keto is low carb)

Another study involving 21 individuals with type 2 diabetes found that seven of them could completely stop their diabetes medication within 16 weeks of going on the keto diet. [11]

Benefit #4: Reduce your risk of heart disease

While saturated fat and cholesterol are often alleged to clog arteries, these compounds do not cause heart disease. [12-14]

That’s good news because the keto diet allows you to eat the high fat foods that you love such as eggs, nuts, and bacon.

In fact, the keto diet reduces heart disease risk and, [15-18]

·       Stimulates weight loss

·       Elevates levels of the “good” HDL cholesterol

·       Decreases blood triglyceride levels

·       Reduces blood pressure

Benefit #5: Boost your mental well-being

The keto diet helps with mental disorders and conditions. For example, research shows the keto diet: [19-22]

·       Has an antidepressant effect

·       Improves the behavior of children with autism

·       May stabilize mood in bipolar disorder patients

·       And in one case, was even used to cure schizophrenia

Benefit #6: Helps with several neurological diseases

These include Alzheimer’s, ALS, Parkinson’s disease, infantile spasms (West syndrome), and epilepsy. [23-26]

Benefit #7: Prevention and elimination of some types of cancer

Most cancer cells rely on glucose as fuel, which is why keto diets may help prevent and fight the disease.

For instance, when in-vitro cancer cells only receive ketones and fat for energy, they often die. [27] Plus, various studies show the keto diet helps fight brain cancer. [28-29]

Benefit #8: Improve your gut health and treat bowel disorders

Many bowel diseases are the result of gut pathogens and infections, both of which rely on glucose for energy.

By minimizing your carb intake, you stave off these infections and pathogens. That’s how your custom keto diet can improve gut health and treat bowel disease.

Now, I’m not saying that your custom keto meal plan will sculpt your body into the best shape of your life overnight. It does take some time and some effort to lose fat and “tone up” your body. But take a quick look at what other people are saying happened for them:

“As of today, I’ve lost 35 pounds, I have no hunger pangs and mentally I feel sharp as a pin. This is definitely going to become a ‘way of life’ for me as it’s so easy to follow…

“All my meals are planned out for me and I even get a downloadable shopping list with all the ingredients I need for the weekly shop, so it really is a doddle.”

–Katy Thompson, UK

“I’m 4 weeks into my custom keto diet plan and I’ve lost 14 pounds which I must say is pretty incredible, it’s actually amazing watching my body transform into something I am actually proud of rather than something I have always tried to cover up.”

–Jessica Grey, US

“I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life and it’s safe to say that I’ve tried a LOT of diets… The Keto diet is the only one I’ve managed to stick to and the weight is literally melting off my body.

“Unlike other diets where I am feeling hungry all day and food is constantly on my mind, the keto diet has completely eliminated this, I actually NEVER feel hungry with this way of eating!

“I would definitely recommend anyone struggling to lose weight to try these custom keto meal plans as they really have been a godsend for me.”

–Gary Best, Canada

Obviously, they all deserve a hearty round of applause for their dedicated effort and great results, but they all had doubts before they watched the video too!

Do yourself a big favor like they all did and take a few minutes to watch the video now while the program is still available.
