I began juicing the week after my second Covid Vaccine using the recipe in the Sirt Food Diet (the diet Adele went on) because it is loaded with nutrients and high in life extending polyphenols, and I thought it would aid my body in adjusting to the vaccine. I was shocked to find out that I actually lost weight even though I did not do any other aspect of the diet (I had pizza and wine the day before). It also really makes me feel good and I think my skin is looking better too. Watch this video and learn the easy steps to making this healthy drink! Cleaning the machine is the only downside! lol

Sirtfood Green Juice
Ingredients:
2 Large handfuls (2.5 oz) of Kale
1 Large Handful (1 oz) of Arugula
2-3 Large Celery Stalks (5.5 oz) include leaves
1/2 medium apple
1/2-2″ fresh ginger
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 Teaspoon of Matcha
