Intermittent Fasting – Worrier Diet Plan: 4 hours window for feeding
Start your day with detox water, empty stomach.
Detox water will detoxify your body and will help to naturally reduce inflammation, boost energy, support digestion, and promote healthy skin.
You’re First Meal – Morning Breakfast, have anyone of the following:
– Watermelon – 1 bowl or
– Fruit Salad – 1 bowl or
After 4 hours: Last Meal of the day –

Most important – You can do this Warrior diet only once or max twice a week and not more than that.
No one plan will suit everyone. Ultimately, each person should work out their own meal plan with help from a doctor or dietician.
