Intermittent fasting (IF) is currently one of the world’s most popular health and fitness trends.
People are using it to lose weight, improve their health and simplify their lifestyles.
Here is a 1500 calories Intermittent Fasting Fat loss Diet Plan:
MEAL 1 (12:00pm)
2 whole eggs
2 slice Bran Bread
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 cup Low fat Tea
Directions:
Make omelette in non stick pan.
CALORIES: 451
MEAL 2 (03:00pm)
100g boiled rice
75 g split chickpeas (daal channa)
½ spoon Haldi powder
1 tea spoon olive oil
Ginger garlic paste
Pink salt to taste
& Spices to taste
Directions
Heat up a pan. Add Garlic, Onion and cook them on medium heat for some time. Add spices as per taste. When the Vegetables are almost cooked add the daal channa and 1 cup water. Cook until daal is soft and ready to eat.

MEAL 3 (05:00pm)
50g Red Beans (raajma) raw
80g Chicken Breast cooked
45g Onion
85g Tomato
50g cucumber
Pink salt
Chat masala
Lemon juice or Vinegar
Direction:
Mix all ingredients and make a salad bowl.

Meal 4 (08:00pm)
180g chicken breast cooked
1 cocumber
1 table spoon olive oil
Half cup mint sauce
Spices of your choice
6 Almonds
Directions
Marinate chicken breast in fresh lemon juice, fresh crushed garlic, oregano, red pepper, pink salt. Grill the chicken, sauté with olive oil until the chicken is cooked. Serve it with a cup of mint sauce.
