Adele’s former personal trainer, Pete Geracimo, who encouraged and trained her during this tremendous weight loss journey, shared some insights about how she lost so much weight.

He shared that she is really hardworking and began her training almost four years ago. He said that their mission was to get her healthy and not super skinny. He also shared that Adele had made some really tough and positive changes in her life.

Because of the sudden weight loss, many people also dropped some negative comments. They accused her of being fat-phobic on her latest post and that’s when her trainer took a stand and talked about her genuine weight loss journey. He praised her for her hard work and determination.

1. Sticking To A Healthy Diet Plan – Sirtfood Diet Plan

Adele had been following the Sirtfood diet plan. This diet combines Sirtfood and calorie restriction, which triggers the production of sirtuins, a type of protein in our body.

This diet is mainly a plant-based diet. It helps in rapid weight loss as the daily intake of calories is reduced by 1,000. This diet includes kale, dark chocolate, buckwheat, blueberry, parsley, turmeric, olive oil, and even red wine – basically, the food items that contain sirtuins.

This diet helps in boosting metabolism, reduces the risk of chronic diseases, and also slows down aging. She combined her sirtuins foods with green juices, limited the calorie intake to 1500 calories per day.

This diet helps in showing remarkable progress in weight loss. This di2et maintains muscle mass and is not harmful to our health. The Sirtfood Diet helps us live a longer and healthier life.

She stopped the intake of processed food and added sugar, earlier she uses to drink ten cups of tea per day with two spoons of added sugar. The studies have shown that the Sirtfood diet can help in losing almost 3kgs of weight within a week.

2. Workout Routine

Along with a proper diet, a daily workout is really important. Pete, Adele’s former trainer has also suggested keeping yourself moving for at least 15 minutes per day if you really want to lose weight.

Adele tried different workout routines to lose weight. Adele’s trainer stated that he always tried fun and varied training exercises with her, from resistant band work, boxing, cardio, weight lifting to even Pilates.

Her friend and Pilate instructor, Camila Goodis has mentioned that she was not a fan of pilates. But, she tried her level best. Pete used to train her 2-3 times a week. Adele is really determined and worked really hard to attain such great body shape.

3. Sleeping Pattern

Despite having a hectic schedule, Adele always stuck to her sleep pattern. She is a singer and a mother. She always had a proactive schedule but never messed up her sleeping schedule.

Her sleeping pattern has contributed a lot to her weight loss journey.

Proper sleep helps in relaxing muscles, burning fat, and keeps you active all day. One of the major reasons for weight gain is oversleeping or having no fixed sleeping schedule (sleeping at different times).
