In this week’s video I tried Adele’s weight loss diet- eating the sirtfood diet. As you may know, Adele made an incredible fat-loss transformation, and it is all because of her crazy diet!
Adele’s diet consisted of the Sirtfood diet, which is a 3-phase diet where you practice sirt-food adherence, calorie restriction, as well as intuitive eating, with each phase requiring different degrees of each.
I followed Adele’s diet to the best of my ability…and it was pretty dang challenging! You’ll see what I mean when you watch the video. I ate like Adele for 3 days, and if we’re being honest, I probably could not have done it for 4! It was that difficult.
Trying the sirtfood diet, as opposed to other diets was a first for me, but it’s apparently very popular amongst celebrities- especially those in the UK. Some of the foods I made included The Sirtfood Juice, Sirtfood muesli, sirtfood bites, and more!
So by the end of the video not only will you have seen me as I ate like Adele, but you’ll also now know what is the sirtfood diet! Thanks and enjoy the video!
