Ingredients

3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
1 medium white cabbage
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
1 tablespoon of flour
1/2 teaspoon of hot pepper paste
5 cups of hot chicken stock (or hot drinking water)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1/4 bunch of dill (for serving)

Cabbage Soup Diet Recipe

Control the amount of hot water, add again during boiling as desired.

  1. To prepare cabbage soup; Take the hard root part of the cabbage you cut in half. Wash in plenty of water and drain the excess water. Finely chop it with the help of a sharp knife.
