How to keep track of the number of carbs in every recipe? Super simple! Every keto recipe has a little green ball with the number of net carbs it contains per serving.1 If you keep an eye out on these numbers, it will be easier for you to find the recipes that work best for your diet and calculate the intake of carbs.2

We also have recipes with yellow and orange balls. These are moderate and liberal low-carb recipes, which you might want to avoid on a keto diet. See an example of each recipe below and feel free to read more about how low carb is low carb when it comes to those tricky numbers!

  1. Net carbs = digestible carbs, i.e. total carbs minus fiber.

  2. The fewer carbs you eat, the stronger the effect will be on weight loss and type 2 diabetes reversal, etc.
