Adele’s incredible weight loss has had the media rife with excitement this week with a lot of talk and speculation around how she’s managed to achieve it.
We realised during the podcast that we don’t actually know if it’s confirmed that Adele followed the Sirtfood Diet or not. But either way, it’s a hot topic on everybody’s lips.
In today’s main segment we’re going to be breaking down the Sirtfood Diet. What it is, how it’s claimed to work, and how it actually works. This will be the first of many Diet Breakdowns because we want to help pull back the curtain on the smoke and mirrors of many popular diets so that you can understand – in simple terms – what’s really going on.
