Another sirtfood diet recipe. Soba (buckwheat) noodles with marinated pork. Very easy to prepare and so delicious. I have modified a little bit of one of the Wagamama dishes.
ingredients:
marinate:
2 tsp grated ginger
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp Japanese chili oil
200 g pork filet

300 g soba (buckwheat) noodles
2 pak choi
2 spring onion
50 ml chicken stock + 1/tsp potato flour
